Trying to keep up with your New Year Resolution?

Prepare your meals.

When you prepare meals yourself, you control exactly what goes into them. This makes it easier for you to make the right healthy choices for your body. Using an app like Cronometer to track your foods and potentially using a food service like HungryRoot can save you time, so you can get back to doing the things you want to do.

Thinking of starting a business in 2024 - $ can help

When starting a business its always helpful to have good credit in case you want to borrow money. What factors determine good credit.

  • Payment History 35%

  • Amounts Owed 30%

  • Length of Credit History 15%

  • Credit Mix 10%

  • New Credit 10%

While there are factors beyond your control (you can't instantly gain 10 more years of credit management experience, for instance), you can make choices today that affect your credit scores relatively quickly.

Wise:

Keeping with our space theme from yesterdays issue.

Black Holes:

A black hole is a region of spacetime where gravity is so strong that nothing, including light and other electromagnetic waves, has enough energy to escape it. The theory of general relativity predicts that a sufficiently compact mass can deform spacetime to form a black hole. Black holes have two parts. There is the event horizon, which you can think of as the surface, though it's simply the point where the gravity gets too strong for anything to escape. And then, at the center, is the singularity. That's the word we use to describe a point that is infinitely small and infinitely dense.

Dr. Hawking is best known for his discovery that black holes emit radiation which can be detected by special instrumentation. His discovery has made the detailed study of black holes possible.
